A Riverside Kitchen Remodeler That Plans the Order First

What sets the way we work apart is not a product or a cabinet line. It is the schedule. Before a single cabinet comes off the wall, we write down every stage of the job in the order it will happen, what has to be ordered and when, where the inspections fall, and roughly how many weeks you will be cooking on a hot plate. Then we stick to that order.

Why the Sequence Gets So Much of Our Attention

Most of the kitchen stories that end badly are sequencing stories. The old kitchen was torn out and the new cabinets were still weeks away. The drywall went up before the inspector saw the new circuit, so it came back down. The counters were measured off a drawing, and the slab arrived half an inch short. None of those problems come from bad materials or bad craftsmanship. They come from a step happening out of turn.

So we plan backwards from the day you want your kitchen back. Cabinet and appliance choices get locked early, because the plumber and electrician rough in to those exact models. Demolition is scheduled around a confirmed cabinet delivery. The walls stay open until the City of Riverside signs off on the rough work. Counters are templated only after the cabinets are set, leveled and fastened.

What You Can Expect From Us

A walkthrough where we open the sink base, look at the electrical panel, and ask when the house was built. A written estimate broken out by stage, not a single number. A schedule with dates on it. And a straight answer when a stage is not worth paying for, like replacing sound cabinet boxes that only need new doors.

If your kitchen is in an older home, tell us early. Original galvanized pipe, a small panel or a historic district review all change the plan, and we would much rather build that into the schedule than discover it halfway through.
